On Friday, January 24 at 7:00 pm, Greenwich native and staff writer at The New Yorker, Andrew Marantz, will discuss his new book Antisocial: Online Extremists, Techno-utopians, and the Hijacking of the American Conversation with Greenwich Time editor, Tom Mellana.
Curious as to why you can’t find that new ebook you’re looking for? The Library will no longer acquire newly released eBooks from Macmillan Publishers. The decision comes after Macmillan imposed arbitrary restrictions on library eBook lending, limiting our ability to fully service our community in an increasingly digital world.
On Wednesday, January 22 at 7:00 pm, historic preservationist Wes Haynes will take you on a virtual tour of local modern buildings of faith, including works by nationally renowned architects Wallace K. Harrison and Victor Lundy.
